Fragrant elderflower and strawberry ice lolly made with elderflower cordial and fresh strawberries

- 350 ml Elderflower cordial
- 3-4 Strawberries
Slice the strawberries lengthwise into 2mm thick slices.
Place two of the slices into each mould and pour in the elderflower cordial.
Insert the lolly stick.
Place two slices of strawberry on top of the lolly stick.
Pour more cordial into the mould until the brim of the mould is reached.
You can add some elderflowers, it's optional but highly recommended.
Freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Once frozen, the lolly is ready to be served.
